Lyranova's rental process follows a consistent sequence: enquiry, confirmation, handover, use, and return. Each stage is handled directly by the team and documented in writing. This sequence doesn't change between plans — only the duration and vehicle class differ.
Vehicles are inspected before every rental. The renter and a Lyranova representative review the vehicle condition together at pickup and return, and both sign the same document. This joint check removes ambiguity about the vehicle's condition at either stage.
Handover takes place at our registered address on Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra or, by arrangement, at an agreed central location within Kota Bharu. Extensions, if needed, are confirmed by phone before the rental end date.

Identity & Agreement
Valid licence and ID presented. Written rental agreement issued with vehicle details, duration, and price.
Joint Condition Check & Handover

Return & Close
Vehicle returned at agreed time. Final check completed jointly. Rental documented and closed.

A compact city vehicle for one full day, sized for narrow city streets and easy parking. Pickup is handled at the nearest urban handover point in Kota Bharu. Well-suited for individuals making a single-day visit to the city — hospital appointments, government office visits, or business calls.
