The following terms carry the meanings below throughout this document:

• "Lyranova" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to Lyranova, operating from 51 Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra, 15200 Kota Bharu, Kelantan, Malaysia.
• "User" / "You" — any individual accessing our website or submitting an enquiry or booking request.
• "Service" — the short-term city car rental arrangements offered by Lyranova, as described on this website.
• "Website" — the pages accessible at lyranoov.info.
• "Agreement" — the rental arrangement confirmed between Lyranova and the User, governed by these Terms.
• "Rental Period" — the duration for which the vehicle is made available to the User as confirmed in writing.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or entering into a rental arrangement with Lyranova, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driving licence recognised in Malaysia to use our rental services. By submitting a booking enquiry, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Lyranova provides short-term city vehicle rental arrangements in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Our current service offerings are:

• One-Day City Compact — a compact city vehicle for one day, with urban handover at a central location. Starting from RM 490.
• Three-Day City Pack — a sedan-class vehicle for three days, with central pickup and optional orientation on city driving conventions. Starting from RM 1,700.
• Weeklong City Sedan — a seven-day city-focused arrangement in a sedan-class vehicle, suited for those staying in Kota Bharu for a working week. Starting from RM 4,300.

Prices and availability are subject to confirmation at time of booking. Services are available during our operating hours: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

We reserve the right to decline a rental request at our discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

As a user of our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting an enquiry or arranging a rental.
• Hold a valid driving licence for the vehicle category rented and carry it throughout the rental period.
• Use the rented vehicle only for lawful purposes and within the boundaries agreed at the time of handover.
• Return the vehicle in the same condition as received, at the agreed location and time.
• Not sub-let, assign, or otherwise transfer the vehicle to any third party.
• Report any damage, accident, or mechanical issue to Lyranova promptly and not attempt unauthorised repairs.
• Not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that infringes the rights of others.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional charges or early termination of the rental arrangement.

All content on this website — including text, design, layout, and images — is the property of Lyranova or used with appropriate authorisation. Nothing on this site transfers any intellectual property rights to users.

You may access and view the website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Pricing for each service is listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and confirmed at the time of booking. Prices shown on the website are indicative; the final amount is confirmed prior to the rental period commencing.

Payment arrangements, including method, timing, and any deposit requirements, will be communicated during the booking process. We currently accept standard bank transfer and cash arrangements as agreed.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed arrangement, please contact us as early as possible. Any refund eligibility will depend on the notice provided and the specific arrangement confirmed. We handle each case directly and aim to be fair in our approach.

Lyranova does not offer automatic or unconditional refunds. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the circumstances of the cancellation and any costs already incurred.

The following conditions apply to all rental arrangements with Lyranova:

• Handover — vehicles are handed over at our designated urban pickup point in Kota Bharu, as confirmed at the time of booking. The renter must be present with a valid driving licence and any documentation requested.
• Fuel — vehicles are provided with a specified fuel level and must be returned at the same level unless otherwise agreed.
• Mileage — any mileage conditions or limits applicable to the arrangement will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Late return — returning a vehicle after the agreed time may result in additional charges proportionate to the rental duration.
• Vehicle condition — any pre-existing damage will be noted at handover. The renter is responsible for any new damage occurring during the rental period.
• Traffic and parking penalties — any fines, summons, or penalties incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.

Lyranova does not promise specific outcomes from the use of any rental vehicle. Availability, pricing, and service scope are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation.

Nothing on this website constitutes professional advice of any kind. Consult relevant authorities or professionals for matters relating to road safety, driving regulations, or insurance.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Lyranova's liability for any loss or damage arising from use of our website or rental services is limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific rental arrangement in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, or costs arising from vehicle downtime.

Lyranova is not liable for any loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, road closures, regulatory changes, or third-party service failures.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lyranova, its staff, and representatives from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law during the rental period.

Either party may end a rental arrangement by mutual agreement or as otherwise specified in writing. Lyranova may terminate a rental arrangement early if:

• The renter has breached a material condition of these Terms.
• There is evidence of misuse of the vehicle.
• Required documentation cannot be verified.

Termination does not relieve the renter of any outstanding obligations, including payment for the period in which the vehicle was in use and any costs resulting from damage or penalties incurred.

Provisions relating to indemnification, liability, and dispute resolution survive the end of any rental arrangement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from a rental arrangement shall first be addressed through direct communication between the parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days of the dispute being raised, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, which shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Where applicable, we are open to mediation through a mutually agreed independent party as an alternative to formal proceedings.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any confirmed booking documentation, constitute the full agreement between you and Lyranova regarding the subject matter described herein.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that right in the future.

Assignment. You may not transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. Lyranova may assign its obligations to a successor without notice where lawful.

Notices. Correspondence relating to these Terms should be directed to us via the contact details in Section 15.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you have an active rental arrangement at the time of a change, the Terms in place at the time of booking will apply for the duration of that arrangement.
